- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪having state farm for over 15 years with multiple homes, seven vehicles and personal umbrella policies and they still cant provide the customer service one would expect. imagine getting notice that your policy will be cancelled because they "didn't receive the necessary information". this is when you only get the notice of cancellation and no other notices or requests for info. terrible company, time to switch.February 03, 2017by Deborah Perreault
